Returns & Exchanges – Where a customer is eligible for a Refund/Exchange email confirmation of returning goods must be approved by HUNYLONDON and the refund will not include delivery charge of any items which need to be sent back. An email must be sent 48 hours after receiving the purchased items detailing a valid reason for Refund/Exchange. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging for a valid refund.
NOTE: IN LINE WITH UK LAW, PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!
If you send a personalised item back we will NOT refund or exchange it. So please do NOT send personalised items back to us.
